Vibration Plate Exercise Machine: TISSCARE Whole Body Workout Vibrating Platform for Home Fitness and Muscle Toning - Black

This machine helped increase my strength of legs. Then I had a stroke and it is effective in helping move out lymph and facilitate recovery.

I purchased my vibration plate July of this year(2025), and recently had some issues with it. I reported the issue on the 8th of October and received my replacement on the tenth. I have to say, the fast support I received from the customer service team affirmed this purchase is a necessity for me.

Pain relief however, this machine has helped with some general soreness in my legs from helping the blood flow move around again (I'm assuming, i'm not doctor), after long days of being on my feet, hiking, etc.

It’s great for toning as well, and has so many different combinations to switch things up for your body. The remote is great and I love that I can change things up on the go. Others mentioned the short cord, I just used an extension cord when needed but the current size doesn’t affect me or the use.

I find this device provides the easiest way to maintain lymphatic circulation, with the least effort. After spending 15 minutes on the machine, I am motivated to do additional exercises to help reduce swelling in the legs and feet. The device is well built, sturdy, and able to provide other assistance too, such as for weight loss and toning up muscles. a great investment for me.
