This company is on top of their merchandise instead of promising things they don't have.

I've had the laptop for several months now. Overall, it's a good laptop except for two things: the screen and the speakers' fixtures. The screen quality is poor, and the built-in speakers are not loud or clear.

    Laptop

Bought this for my elderly uncle. He loves it as it is super easy to use. Lots of memory for all his games.

Entrega a tiempo, muy buen producto

I am extremely pleased with my new HP 15.6" Laptop touchless PC! Just got it yesterday; needed to replace my older Windows 10 2021 HP-Compaq laptop that was extremely slow & never could get it to connect to my printer. This new one is fantastic! Very fast, intuitive, and simple to set up. Got it to sync almost immediately with my desktop and OneDrive, and was amazed it found my printer immediately with no issues or problems. Didn't think I'd like the touchscreen, but I do, at least most of its features. I found trying to scale down a portrait a little difficult, so hooked my wireless mouse back up (made it much easier to use -- now I can use both). So I still have much to learn about touchless controls, but right now I am just loving my new HP laptop! And I'm 79 years old, so don't let your age stop you.

S Mode and Set Up Suck

That said, it’s not bad at all for the price. I’ve been using it every day for the last week, roughly 6-8 hours a day, and it’s been virtually flawless the whole time. Setup is straightforward, and it allows you to sign in with a local profile rather than forcing you to sign in with a Microsoft account. That was a plus for me because I wanted to scan for malware before signing into my account. Incidentally, I performed full scans with Avast, Superantispyware, and Windows Defender, and found no malware at all. The only thing that was out of the ordinary was a desktop installer for WPS Office, which struck me as a bit odd.
